Baby Squirrel - soooo cute

So cute... So sweet. My dog Larry found him in the backyard. He fell over 20 ft from his nest. I left him on the ground for an hour or so, hoping his momma would come get him. She never did. We got a heating pad and made a little incubator with a soft baby blanket. we feed him nutramint/ensure every 2 hours with an eyedropper. he moved around and seemed happy, warm and comfortable. he died later that afternoon :( someone told me momma squirrels will push a sick baby out of the nest (like birds) is something is really wrong with it. I'm sure he is in a better place now, but we would have loved him... My boyfriend had a pet squirrel when he was a kid and was very sad to see this little guy go :(
